My digital gift voucher hasn't been emailed to me.

Your voucher will not be sent to you by email. It is available to download from the website after purchase. If you didn't download the voucher at that time, you can accesss it again using the 'Find Vouchers' button above, and entering the details from your receipt.

Can I book a table?

Most of our locations are walk-in only for groups of less than 8 guests. Some locations do offer bookings for small groups, and you can check this by clicking on 'Book' in the main menu and selecting the branch you wish to visit.

Are you hiring?

Click on 'Careers' in the main menu to view all of our current job listings. This page is kept up to date with all current job openings and availability.

Where can I view allergy info?

You can click on 'Menus' and then on 'Allergen Info' to view full details of our menu and any allergens present in all of our dishes.

Can you provide calorie counts?

Our menu includes estimated calorie counts for our pancake bases. Due to the variable nature of our menu and the over 12 million possible combinations it allows for, we do not have a way to accurately provide calorie information for specific stacks or toppings.

Can I buy your pancake mix?

Absolutely - just click on 'Shop' on the main menu of our website to order for online delivery, or you can pop in to any Stack & Still location to buy in-store.

Are you dog friendly?

This varies between branches, as some of our locations are inside shopping centres etc. To check, click on our homepage and scroll down to the 'Our Locations' section. Use the dropdown menu to select the branch you are interested in. If the branch is dog-friendly, a 'Dog Friendly' tag will be shown in the 'Other Details' area.
